We collect information you voluntarily provide when registering and using the platform, including your name or business name, email address, phone number when provided, location, profile details, photos, posted jobs, offers, and messages.

If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive only the data you authorize through that provider, such as your name, email address, social account identifier, and public profile photo when available.

2. How we use data

We use data to create and protect accounts, publish job requests and professional profiles, send offers and messages, display relevant jobs, provide customer support and security notices, and improve the service.

We do not display exact addresses or private contact details publicly. A user may voluntarily share them in a conversation when needed to arrange a job.

3. Legal basis and retention

We process data to provide the contracted service, protect platform security, meet legal obligations, and, where required, based on your consent.

We retain data while an account is active and for as long as reasonably needed for security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. After confirmed account deletion from the signed-in account, or after an external deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize data except where retention is required for security, dispute resolution, or by law.

4. Data sharing and protection

We do not sell data. We may entrust it to reliable technical providers that support hosting, email delivery, security, and social sign-in, only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

We apply technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, download, or deletion of your data and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Deletion instructions are available on the dedicated “User Data Deletion” page.
