1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Hej Majstore platform, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. Role of the platform

Hej Majstore connects people seeking services with professionals offering services. The platform is not a contractor, employer, agent, or party to agreements between users.

Users independently agree on the scope of work, price, schedule, payment method, warranties, and other terms. Each user is responsible for checking relevant information, qualifications, and permits of the other party before reaching an agreement.

3. Accounts and accurate information

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. A person must not misuse multiple accounts or impersonate another person or business.

4. Permitted conduct

False listings and offers, deception, threats, discrimination, harassment, spam, illegal content, infringement of others’ rights, and attempts to bypass security measures are prohibited.

Do not send advance payments to an unknown person without suitable verification and a written agreement. Do not share card details, passwords, or security codes in messages.

5. User content

You retain rights to the text and photos you publish, while granting us a limited license to display and technically process them to operate the platform. You may publish only content for which you hold the necessary rights and which does not violate others’ privacy.

6. Account restrictions and removal

We may restrict or remove content and accounts that violate these terms, endanger users or the platform, or are subject to a valid legal request. Action may be immediate in urgent security cases.

7. Availability and liability

We strive to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the quality, legality, or completion of work offered by users. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from agreements and relationships between users.
